這部說教體現在給小孩的自言自語碎碎念中，又為了避免痛苦選擇犧牲自己的所有，期望換得世界人類無爭端，但結局已知卻依然破罐子破摔。 主角開篇問“科技基于人之罪”，但企圖消滅自己的罪便能換得周遭的和美嗎？便能抵消科技帶來了新一輪的沉重嗎？這種因果論，不得不說迷信，（別說什么宗教不是迷信…那是宗教的學說本身）似乎忘了，上帝已死。尤其郵遞員，郵遞員說“我相信什么，就是什么”……額，主角就信了，額好吧，大家在戰爭下都太痛苦了，那個年代背景，看不到曙光。 總之荒謬地用任何方式活著，都無法改變不由自己控制的結局。 ……塔可夫斯基，真的太愛燒房子了，屋里還得下下雨，還得濕漉漉，還得隨處可見突然動起來的鏡子，和女性的裸體。 嗯，依然極端緩慢，但是還好內容足夠支撐這樣的形式。
