Creme brulee現做不可能冷卻那么快 從烤箱里拿出來的容器也不能馬上放冷水里泡 或者放冷凍 肯定會裂 而且用火焰融化糖的時候 容器口的那一圈也肯定燙到了 但是拍出來好像就是烤好了 焦糖化完畢 然后拿在手上坐著一起吃起來 時間上真的不合理 兩個人也沒有換衣服（第二天） 天光也沒有怎么變 但是冷卻就起碼要好幾個小時的。。。
